1. Product and scope
These terms apply to IDFOR Personal and the future Pro plan, offered by IDFORAI LTD. The application reviews messages, credentials and documents in compatible AI tools, applies configured policies and provides guidance on expected usage.
The current offering is for Windows. macOS is coming soon and Linux has no announced release date. Supported tools and available features are described on the product website.
2. Account and authorised use
Use an authorised account and keep your login details secure. Accounts can currently be activated without email verification while email delivery is disabled. Password recovery by email is not yet available; contact support if you need help. Only review and share content you have the right to use. Accessing other people's accounts, bypassing security controls or using the service for unlawful activities is prohibited.
Connected AI tools retain their own terms, subscriptions and charges.
3. Plans and free trial

Registering with an email and password and accepting these terms activates a 14-day free trial. Its start and end dates are associated with your account and displayed in your personal area. The trial does not incur a charge or automatically convert into a paid subscription. Signing in again does not restart the trial.
Pro cannot yet be purchased. Features marked as coming soon —including Vault, image and scanned-document content protection, synchronisation and project profiles— will be added when available; their appearance on the website does not make them an active part of the service.
The planned offering does not impose commercial document or image quotas. Technical controls concerning size, format, security and availability may affect file processing.
4. Subscriptions, payments and cancellation
The website lets you create an account and start the trial through registration; it does not currently provide automatic paid checkout. Before accepting a subscription, you will receive the total price including applicable taxes, included features, billing frequency and renewal, cancellation and refund conditions.
Any automatic renewal must be disclosed and accepted when subscribing. Price changes will be communicated before they apply to your subscription. Contact info@idfor.ai about activation, cancellation or billing.
5. Protection and usage guidance
Review helps detect and replace sensitive data in supported formats and tools. Keep the original and review the protected copy before sharing it; detection does not guarantee that all confidential information will be identified.
The Low, Medium or High indicator is an approximation based on available information about the message, model and attachments. It is not an invoice or a guarantee of the usage or price charged by the AI provider.
6. Privacy and history
Online reviews require sending content to the IDFOR API. The action history visible in the application is stored locally on your device. For general information on processing account data and technical logs, see the Privacy Policy.
You retain rights to your messages, documents and settings. The software, documentation and IDFOR brand belong to IDFORAI LTD or their respective rights holders.
7. Consumer rights
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning service conformity, complaints and withdrawal where applicable. For distance contracts, the general withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
The commercial 14-day trial is separate from statutory withdrawal rights. Any request to start the service immediately or exception to withdrawal must meet the information and consent requirements set by law.
Applicable rights and competent courts are determined by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence.
8. Updates and specific conditions
Available features are identified in the offer accepted when activating or subscribing to the service. Updates to this page do not, by themselves, replace the terms of an existing subscription. Relevant changes will be communicated through the channels associated with your account.
