1. Service Description
IDFOR.AI, operated by IDFORAI LTD, provides a runtime governance platform for AI agents, including identity management, policy enforcement, decision logging and emergency shutdown capabilities (Kill Switch). The service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use IDFOR.AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) and GDPR (Regulation 2016/679), where applicable. You must not use IDFOR.AI to govern AI systems designed to cause harm, violate human rights or circumvent legal requirements.
3. Business Plans and Billing
- Developer: $49/month — 1 governed system, 1,000 runtime checks
- Starter: $249/month — 3 governed systems, 5,000 runtime checks
- Business: $1,190/month — 15 governed systems, 25,000 runtime checks
- Enterprise: Custom from $4,500/month — custom volumes, SLA, private deployment
Business subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The specific accepted offer or agreement determines the amounts, taxes, volumes and conditions applicable to each customer.
4. Service Level Agreement (Enterprise)
Enterprise customers receive a dedicated SLA with uptime and response-time commitments. Details are specified in the Enterprise Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
IDFOR.AI and associated software, documentation and trademarks belong to IDFORAI LTD or their respective rights holders. Users retain ownership of their policy configurations and governance data.
6. Liability
IDFOR.AI is a governance tool. Customers are responsible for the AI systems they deploy and govern and for the decisions those systems make. Limitations of liability apply to the extent permitted by law and under the applicable agreement.
7. Termination and Data
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' notice, subject to the specific agreement. The published Business condition provides for retaining service data for 30 days after termination before deletion, unless applicable law or an agreement requires other retention. Personal data and records subject to specific obligations are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable data-processing agreements.
8. Governing Law
These Business terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, subject to mandatory law and accepted specific conditions.
